Bush TV12 Restoration: Replacing the Missing T4

The Bush TV12 is the table-model companion of the TV22. In this set the lower line output transformer, T4, is missing completely, but the separate EHT overwind (T5) feeding the EY51 is still good.

So the plan is to wind a new T4 on an ETD49 ferrite core and keep T5, the EY51 and the rest of the line stage original. No tripler is needed. The design is preliminary until the TV12's own scanning coils have been measured.
